Return and Refund Policy
At Maniac Kicks, we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. We take pride in offering top-quality products, thoroughly inspected by our warehouse team to provide you with the best sneakers on the market.
Eligibility for Returns
If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- The kicks can be worn for fitting purposes but must not have been used.
- There should be no signs of wear, both on the sole and on the exterior of the kicks.
- The kicks and accessories, such as tags, laces, and others, must be intact and in their original packaging.
- The kick's box must not be damaged in any way.
- The kicks must be unlaced, as they were when received (if applicable).
- The kick's box must not only contain the kicks and accessories but also the packaging paper in which they are resting.
In other words, we must receive your item as you received it. If any of these criteria are not met during the return, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Additionally, please ensure the package is securely double-boxed to prevent damage during transit. Using the same packaging as when you received your kicks will ensure a hassle-free return. We reserve the right to refuse your return request if we receive your item damaged after delivery.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to be eligible for our return system.
How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon receipt of your request, we will process it and provide you with all necessary details by email within 48 hours.
Once we receive your item, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your request. We will inform you by email of its status and our final decision.
Upon acceptance of your refund request, you will receive the funds within 4 to 7 days, depending on the payment method used and your financial institution.
